Alta Badia Day 4 - LOADS of random pics
Good evening!
Today has been a clooooudy day :( We are expecting a massive dump tonight/tomorrow however it hasn't materialise at 7 o'clock this evening so we're abit worried that nothing is coming.....
The trees and faces were all really horrible and had massive crusts on it and the piste was icy. Not good times but we had a barrel of laughs anyways!
Here are some pics for you to enjoy

The Freeride.co.uk crew on a sign

Photographer (Finn Nilson) acting as an orange beacon for airplanes in his subtle YOKI hat.

Finn's retro Norrona jacket from the '90s. Doesn't the logo look like a crappy Swedish beer's?

Finn finishing a beer that may use the 90s Norrona logo...

Taking photos of myself whilst skiing down a kiddie slope woopwoop!
Some good quality Italian buildings!

This is what happens when a ski gets caught in wood and I go flying, ribs first, into the "rail". My dear brother just laughs...
Yes, I have a very red nose and I am indeed the devil.
Hope you enjoyed it!
Peace!
Alta Badia Day 3
Good evening people!
Today has been a REALLY warm day with temperatures of +6 degrees which has meant very slow snow and very sweaty bodies. lol.
We took some photos for the article we are preparing and went around enjoying the Italien slopes. Here are some pics of various stuff
There is a squirrel in front of me....I promise.
Being a complete tit for the camera. I do it well. Photo: Finn Nilson

The Freeride-mobile outside the apartment Photo: Finn Nilson
More stuff tomorrow! Peace x
Alta Badia Day 2
Day 2 has come and gone!
Cloud and abit of sun met me this morning so I decided to scoot around and try to find my bearings in order to shoot some cool photos for when Finn is better (hopefully tomorrow!)
Here's pics of my lunch and the really long queue at the lift which quickly went when everyone else had lunch :)
Anyways, here is a short headcam vid of some bits that i did in recce, not particularly good but couldn't find any drops or anything fun which was a shame! The snow was really sticky so the speed was shocking and I was by myself, hence the constant confused 'looking around' lol.
Alta Badia Day 1
Hey guys
its been a while since I updated, but here is an update which is really boring...!
The freeride.co.uk crew have headed out to Alta Bradia where the snow has been falling hard! A 16 hour car journey from the south of Sweden to here was filled with ridiculously quick cars on the Autobahn doing round about 200 km/h (we felt slow doing 150 km/h!) and a very twisty and dark drive across Austria to Italy.
The accommodation that QParks have hooked us up with is sweet and right in the middle of town. So off we went today did some nice tree lines to warm up then Finn had to rock back because he felt horrible with a temperature etc, leaving me to ride by myself.
The snow was awesome and it's really easy to find fun little tree runs on the side of the pistes that lead you on and on and then out! The light has been very flat and low cloud but it was a nice warm up day and I'll be ready tomorrow with headcam to show you guys more. Finn probably won't come out which is a shame, but it'll just be better on Wednesday!
Here are some pics from the lift.... excitement!
and the piste that I was trying to get down....I felt quite blind.
Excellent as you can see...
Right tomorrow for more interesting shots ;)
peace

Urban railing, no Scotland but saw some wicked skis
Unfortunately we couldn't go Scotland on Monday due to excess work from Chris however it was a silver lining as the roads were actually closed, and still are.
Instead an rail was built in the garden at Chris's.
Then off I went to see the Limited Edition Shane McConkey skis at Ski Bartlett (www.skibartlett.com) which look incredible, they have managed to get 10 pairs (limited to about 400 in the world), so you better rush if you are keen!
'Til next time!
Peace out,
Swedex
Going to Scotland!
YEAH! The Freeride.co.uk crew are heading to Scotland on Monday to "shred" at Cairngorm!!!
Gonna be wicked to find out how it is there, no worries we'll keep you updated!
Peace
